Accounts are billed on the 1st of each month for that months service and are due by the 16th.

Past due accounts are subject to a $10.00 late fee. If disconnected for non-payment, a $25.00 reconnect fee applies.

Technical support is available via telephone from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
On-site service calls are billed at a minimum rate of $65.00 per hour with a one hour minimum trip charge.

Five e-mail accounts are provided with each account. All prices are subject to Customer signing a two-year Service Agreement. A one-year service agreement is available for an additional $9.95 per month. An early termination fee of $125.00 applies if cancellation of service occurs before the end of initial lease term.

Disconnection of service after the initial term will incur an equipment removal fee of $50.00, unless the new owner/renter signs an agreement to continue service at same location.

Bee Creek Communications, Inc. will provide each Customer with one static IP address per Internet Service Package. Additional IP addresses may be issued with the purchase of larger Business Service Packages.

*Standard Installation involves connecting one computer or router to the Bee Creek Communications, Inc. network via an outside wall. Bringing cable through the attic and down an inside wall and/or the configuration of additional computers or hardware are billed at an additional charge of $85.00 per hour with a one hour minimum charge. Some very remote areas may require the use of additional equipment that may be charged to the customer.

Business Packages include 35 GB of data transfer per month and Residential Packages include 25 GB of data transfer per month. For data transfers which exceed monthly limit, a fee of $35.00 per GB over limit will be billed to the Customer's account.
